　　故事背景设定在星际殖民的未来时代，神秘的漂泊者赛（凯南鲁兹饰）遇见了为地球外军事承包商艾克索工作的中尉肯恩（丹尼尔麦佛森饰），这对背景南辕北辙的搭档，必须在艾索克掀起的星球危机中，同心协力救出肯恩的小女儿，而为了理念背叛神通广大的艾索克的两人，除了必须面对天罗地网般的追捕，还得战胜游荡在荒芜星球上的野蛮生物。
