　　3年前，话剧老师林晓阳（林嘉欣饰）的弟弟被绑架，案件交由高级督察何宛真（刘若英饰）及智叔（张兆辉饰）负责，可是在追捕的过程中，疑犯因争吵坠楼身亡，林晓阳就此埋下了怨恨。　　三年后，林晓阳患病的丈夫（赵会南饰）病情加重，需要一千万才能有治好的希望，林晓阳动了绑架富豪王森（郭涛饰）儿子的念头。多日来林晓阳跟她从尼泊尔认识的同伙跟踪小孩动向，后来决定在一个傍晚下手。刚好案子也是有何宛真接手，就让林晓阳有了报复的心理，何宛真为了救回孩子只好服从，可她万万没有想到，原来王森的儿子，跟自己的儿子调换了衣服穿，被林晓阳绑架的正是何宛真的儿子。　　两个女人，都为着心爱的亲人在绑架案中斗志斗勇，展开激烈的较量。
